As can be seen in the above image, at some point after these 3 hours had passed, we did receive a reply from an agent stating that the chat is indeed not live. Instead, it acts more as an e-mail service.

This is super disappointing. Not only because you would expect a 24/7-hour live chat from an otherwise high-quality casino, but also because it is the standard in the online casino industry.
